Discover

I meet with every team member, and leverage Team Coaching International's Team Diagnostic Assessment, which focuses on key points of productivity and positivity. At a full team retreat, we review the assessment and set goals for the future.

Engage

Following the retreat, I establish a four to six-month coaching trajectory filled with mini-retreats, check-ins, and whatever other support a team needs towards those goals.

Integrate

As we complete the original arc, we integrate coaching into the team, so they focus on what’s next.

I offer a variety of workshops, that can bring to a group of people or team, and can be tailored to support you best. These can be delivered virtually or in person.
